The latest controversial concept: Islamist Bourgeois

And here in the books of ex-CIA chief and Turkey expert Graham Fuller... Always the same concept...

These reports were previously full of concepts defending the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) against the 'Kemalist elite'. Similar articles and reports were published up until just a few years ago...ÂAccording to these reports the AKP represents the public, while the Kemalist elite represents just the few 'secular wealthy', in other words this concept was used to symbolize the bourgeois... But now, these reports have started to show a shift and are introducing a new concept:

 

'Islamist bourgeois'

 

Now, the new 'Islamist wealthy', who wear headscarves and drive luxury Mercedes, is being expressed in these reports. Money changes everything. The understanding changes...

 

Therefore, I predict that this 'Islamist bourgeois' concept will be highly debated.
