Sezer's Azerbaijan trip postponed

Turkey's President Ahmet Necdet Sezer has postponed his official visit to Azerbaijan due to bad weather conditions. Turkey has been hit hard by subzero conditions this week, and mounting snow seems to be on the horizon until the weekend.
