This year the Ritz-Carlton Istanbul invites you to join its spring welcome with special dishes created by guest chef Ali Ronay. For the occasion, Ronay will serve classic Nevruz dishes originating from Anatolia and Azerbaijan, such as Nevruz koje, seven-grain soup with morsels of lamb, saffron rice pilaf with lamb and treats from şeker bura pastries filled with walnuts and Nevruziye paste to tamarind sherbet.
The special spring menu which began to be served yesterday, will be served every night at the Cintemani restaurant through March 29.
