!f Istanbul festival tickets on sale by 10 pct discount

ISTANBUL - The countdown has begun for the !f Istanbul AFM International Film Festival.
Tickets for the festival went on sale Sunday through www.mybilet.com at a 10 percent discount.
This year, the festival will screen around 70 films in 10 thematic sections: Hit Films; Rainbow Films; Do It Yourself; Northern Lights (A Scandinavian Spotlight); New Wave American Filmmaking; The World in One Take; Insomnia; Fantastic Films and !f Cult and Shorts (both Turkish and international).
Tickets at box offices from Feb. 7
Starting Feb. 7, tickets will be sold at box offices at Beyoğlu AFM Fitaş, AFM İstinye Park, AFM Caddebostan Budak, and Beyoğlu Emek, and at "Mybilet" kiosks at Capacity, Cevahir, Profilo, and Kanyon shopping malls, and Erenköy, Ümraniye, Nişantaşı, and Beyoğlu D&R stores.
!f Ankara tickets will be available on www.mybilet.com starting Feb. 15, and at the Ankara AFM Cepa Theatres and Panora AVM starting Feb. 21.
Once again this year Gnçtrkcll users are enjoying buy one get one free ticket deals. Gnçtrkcll users also receive free entrance to all daytime screenings throughout the festival.
The !f Istanbul AFM International Independent Film Festival, which is supported by the Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture agency, runs in Istanbul from Feb. 12 to 22 and Feb. 26 to March 1 in Ankara.
