Downtown Eskişehir on the brink of change

ESKİŞEHİR - The Başak Group has recently finished the luxurious houses at its Sun Hill Konutları Project in the central Anatolian town of Eskişehir and handed the keys to its owners.
The Başak Group had participated in several successful projects such as Alarko Villas, Arkeon Evleri, Ömerli Park Evleri, Profilo Business Center, Russian Federation’s Consulate Building, Uydukent Project and Palm City. A new project in downtown Eskişehir is now being planned, named Başak Plaza. The eight-story building will contain 5,285 square meters of construction space. Four floors will be used as residential areas and four floors will be offices and stores.
