Bird flu detected in 37 cities

The number of cities where bird flu has been detected in Turkey has risen from 34 to 37, reported the Bird Flu National Coordination Center on Thursday. The three new cities where bird flu has been found stretch the length of the country, in the north Bartin, and in the southeast, Adiyaman and Mardin.
The number of bird flu suspected cities is 26, localities is 65, added the center. A total of 1,815,000 poultry have been culled across Turkey due to bird flu so far.
