We Are Among the Leaders in the Fraud League

Together with equipping the Supreme Court with effectiveness and starting to punish the fraud-makers, Turkey's fraud grade raised from 3.1 to 3.2, this year.

In the "2004 Fraud Perception Index" prepared by Transparency International, Turkey's rank of 77 among 146 countries did not change but at least a little improvement was seen in its grade. In the ranking made over 10, the high point means that fraud is less at that country.
Finland was the number-one country having transparency, in the list.
While the lowest points in the fraud perception index are of Haiti, Bangladesh and Nigeria, the highest grade belongs to Finland.
TEDAS officer and electronic engineer Hasan Balikci, who was killed when he was struggling against the unlicensed electric Mafia in Urfa, was granted the Honesty Award.
