Turkish Dogan Yayin unit and Brightstar say form jv

Leading Turkish media group Dogan Yayin Holding said on Thursday its Smile Holding retail business and U.S. firm Brightstar Corp had agreed to form a joint venture.

In a separate statement, Brightstar said the joint venture would provide an integrated supply chain solution for Smile's 650 shops, which sell telecoms, internet and media products. The companies did not give a value for the deal.
