ISTANBUL - A Turkish Airlines domestic flight was forced to make an emergency landing after a flock of birds hit its engines, the state-run Anatolian news agency said on Sunday.
The airplane, which left the central Turkish city of Konya for Istanbul late on Saturday, returned safely to Konya airport after the bird strike, Anatolian Agency said.
Two people were treated at a hospital for their injuries, it said. The plane was carrying 120 passengers.
