Turkey's GSD calls off sale of stake in Tekstilbank

Turkey's GSD Holding, the main stake holder in Tekstilbank, called off the sale of its share until the market conditions in asset valuations become more favorable, the company said in a statement issued to Istanbul Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
"Our company has decided to call off the sale process of all or part of its stake in Tekstilbank until the market conditions become more favorable for asset valuations, after assessing the sale with investment bank JP Morgan, whom we authorized to be adviser during the process," the company said in the statement.
GSD Holding holds a 75 percent majority stake in the bank.
