Turkey joins EU information, communication program

BRUSSELS – Turkey joined the European Union’s information and communication technologies policies support program, the second component of the compatibility and innovation frame program aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, or SMEs.

The memorandum of understanding for Turkey’s participation in the program was signed between Turkey’s permanent representative to the EU, Volkan Bozkır, and European Commission Information Society and Media Directorate-General head Fabio Colasanti on Tuesday.
