Turkey asked from U.S. to extradite Emir Onur Cilek, who faces a prison sentence of 20.5 years of raping Nermin K. and causing her to commit suicide in 2003.After U.S. police released Cilek from prison, Nermin's brother Ismet K.Petitioned to the Turkish judiciary and the Prosecutor of Kadikoy launched a law suit against Vilek, demanding a prison sentence up to 20.5 years for raping a girl younger than 18 and keeping her by force.  The heavy Penal Court ruled that Cilek should be extradited by U.S. to Turkey.If U.S. decides to extradite the man according to the agreement between the two countries, Cicek will be handed to Turkey, within 60 days after his capture.�
