Three Conditions To Send Soldiers

Ankara proposed three conditions to U.S., to send troops to Iraq: 1. At the political level, one of the two deputies of Governor Bremer should be Turkish. Turkey should gain political importance...2. At the military level, one of the two deputies of General Abizaid should be Turkish (most probably a major general).3. There should be a single state budget for Iraq not two (one of which is for Kurds currently).Â
