The victims of the fast-train disaster in Pamukova, started to sue their first action for damages when the government did not obey his obligation of “compensation”. The two of the four trials was attempted by Tevfik Uyar, Student in Istanbul Technical University department of Aerospace Engineering and Hatice Ceylanlar who is a math teacher.Both of them were rescued from the train disaster. In the application that was given in the name of plaintiff Tevfik Uyar, it was reminded that first machinist was found 3/8 and second machinist was found 4/8 faulty because of not obeying the speed rate of 80 km/h and application of the fast-train project without necessary conditions. Uyar demanded 1 billion TL physical and 150 billion TL moral compensation. Hatice Ceylanlar demanded 1 billion TL physical and 100 billion TL moral, a sum of 151 billion TL compensation.  (Hurriyet, 17)
