Singaporean president arrives in Ankara

ANKARA - Singaporean President Sellapan Ramanathan arrived in Ankara on Monday on an official trip.
Nathan was greeted by Turkish Minister of Environment and Forestry Veysel Eroğlu at Ankara's Esenboğa International Airport. Ramanathan's visit takes place on the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkey and Singapore, and it marks the first one ever by a Singaporean president.
