ISTANBUL - The Seyba Residence project, developed by construction company Teknik İnşaat in Istanbul's Kartal Rahmanlar district on the Anatolian side near the commercial area of Bostancı, is composed of 100 apartments within four blocs. The price of units ranges from YTL 240,000 to 640,000.
The project provides customers with apartment layouts ranging from 118 square meter to 165 square meter with two bedroom, three bedroom and four bedroom plus one living room homes that are offered as both standard units or as duplexes.
Stretched over 7,000 square meters, Seyba Residence is scheduled for completion by June 2010. Construction on the development began in April 2008. The project offers many amenities including a membership fitness center, sauna, changing rooms, a caf, activity rooms, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts as well as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a separate pool for the kids.
