A Defense Ministry official, who was accused of fraud, was found out to be the shareholder of a night club, where showgirls worked and tender bargains took place. Defense Ministry Official Huseyin Ozcan, who depicted his cook as the “wife of a general” so as to cheat firms who join the tenders of the ministry, was found out to own a night club in Ankara.

Ozcan allegedly bargained with the firms that joined the tenders of the Defense Ministry in this night club and received bribes from them in return for the pledge that he would make them win tenders.
