Romanian tourists expected in Cappadocia

KAYSERİ - The Greek Orthodox Patriarch Bartholomeos, who took Sunday prayers at a church in Nevşehir, has visited the governor of the province.

He thanked Governor Mehmet Asım Hacımustafaoğlu for giving him permission to lead prayers at the church.
The Greek Patriarch said Romania had declared this year as the year of Saint Vasilios, who was a former bishop in the Cappadocia region. He said a lot of tourists from Romania would be coming to the region this year.
