Nine suspects are included in the indictment, Turkish news agencies reported.
Two of the suspects risk life sentences without parole for carrying out the attacks, Anatolian Agency said, adding the remaining seven defendants risk lesser jail terms on charges of possessing explosives and belonging to the PKK.
It was not immediately clear when the trial will begin.
The PKK is listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey as well as the most of the international community, including the United States and the European Union.
