ISTANBUL - MESA’s new project called "Çengelköy’de MESA" has received more than 10,000 phone calls and visits in approximately four months. Its Web site has received more than 50,000 hits and questions. This popularity stems from loyal customers and their associates plus the location of the project, said Aslı Tokatlı, a company executive.
The project covers 100 hectares with 298 units. The units vary from studio flats to six bedroom duplex apartments. Prices range from 417,000 Turkish Liras to 1.4 million liras, Tokatlı said.
