ISTANBUL - Palms Studios consists of 320 units with sizes varying from 40 to 137 square meters. The price range starts from $142,000 and climbs to $479,000. The units may be purchased with a 40 percent deposit and the rest is to be paid by installments over 24 months. Construction will begin in early 2009.
Palms studios will be built at Şişli Bomonti in Istanbul by Hoffman İnşaat on a space of 6,000 square meters. The complex will be divided into two blocks. The units vary as studio apartments, 1+1 apartments, 2+1 apartments and 3+1 apartments. Alongside the standard flats, the top floors include duplex apartments.
