The New Year programs are each more attractive than the other. In the Laledan Restaurant on New Year’s Eve, you will be able to listen to Mediterranean music played on bouzouki, guitar and clavier-percussion even as you savor delicious hors d’oeuvres and seafood.
The set menu is made up of six different types of dishes and costs 350 YTL per person (not including beverages and VAT). The Tuğra Restaurant will enter 2009 to the strains of live classical Turkish music. The New Year’s feast will consist of seven different choices from Ottoman and Turkish dishes from lobster prepared on artichoke with fresh fennel and cardamom beet sauce to goose-liver stuffed quail on squash leaf offered with hunkar begendi (eggplant dish) and tart grape sauce. The price is 370 YTL per person (not including beverages and VAT).
At the Gazebo Lounge & Restaurant guests for dinner on New Year’s Eve will be offered live piano music and an open buffet serving dishes from goose liver to scallops and grilled leg of lamb to turkey and chestnuts. It is 305 YTL per person (not including beverages and VAT).
Start off 2009 with New Year’s Brunch at the Palace between noon and 4 p.m. Guests will find an open buffet with delicious dishes. The price will be 200 YTL per person (not including beverages and VAT).
