Moscow garage fire kills seven migrants

MOSCOW - Seven Tajik migrants died yesterday in a fire that swept through an underground parking garage being built in Moscow, officials said, quoted by the Interfax news agency.
Twenty fire crews battled the blaze, which spread through a 150-square meter (1,600 square foot) space beneath a high-rise apartment block under construction in the southeast of the city.
