LISBON - Portugal's largest-listed bank, Millennium, is analyzing a sale of Turkish unit Millennium Bank as part of a strategy to focus on priority markets.
The Turkish unit is a small commercial bank with 16 branches, fully-owned by Millennium.
"The bank has initiated, with the support of external advisors, a process to ascertain the different options, including the possible disposal of the participation in relation to Millennium Bank in Turkey," Millennium said Wednesday.
