ISTANBUL - Selenium Panaroma located at Esentepe offers 476 square meter duplex penthouses at the price of 3 million euros. An approximately $4.66 million flat on the 21st floor of the Bellevue Residence in Ulus and a 2.21 million euro flat at Selenium Twins in Beşiktaş-Fulya have been described as dream houses.
Penthouses in Sapphire, Astoria and the Akmerkez residences have panoramic views from the Sea of Marmara to the Black Sea. Another flat in the Novus Residence in the Ataköy district is on sale for 3 million Turkish Liras.
