NEW YORK - Longtime Citigroup executive John Longley has left the bank to take a position with Barclays Global Investors.
Longley, the chief executive of Citi's private bank for the U.S. and Canada, will be the new head of national accounts for the U.S. iShares exchange traded funds business in San Francisco, Barclay's said. He will lead a team to expand iShares ETF distribution through partnerships with banks and broker-dealers.
