ISTANBUL - Kullar İnşaat's $20 million project at Mimarsinan allocates 65 percent of its land for green space. Kullar İnşaat’s project, Lavinya Park, is composed of 14 stores, 1 mall and 108 apartments in four blocks. The size of apartments in the project ranges from 65 to 250 square meters. The price of a unit ranges from 150,000 Turkish lira to 400,000 lira.
Kullar İnşaat, also known for its similar project Ginza Lavinya Park, is building Lavinya Park in the Mimarsinan district of Istanbul. The project covers 8 hectares and has saved 65 percent of its land for green space. Unit alternatives range in price from 150,000 lira up to 400,000 lira. Owner of Kullar İnşaat, Ahmet Kul, said Lavinya Park will be completed by the end of 2009 and is noted for its vast social facilities. "Lavinya Park symbolizes beauty, purity and cleanliness. The concept of ’park’ emphasizes the harmony of social life and business," he said. The project features a shopping center, outdoor and indoor pools and tennis courts.
