Distributing a letter to the district governors, the Ground Forces Commandment ordered "Collection of intelligence about those who are pro-US, pro-EU and are from the "High society."The letter of the Ground Forces Commandment in general, asked information about personalities and organizations that "Carry out separatist and subversive activities." These included, those who were for EU membership and in favor of U.S. , high society, satanists, masons, minority, and internet groups.The definition of the letter of the Commandment about these people and groups was, “Those who see themselves above national values”. The intelligence letter distributed to the district governors and military units in January, demanded information from these every 3 months.The minorities and those regarding themselves as minorities (Abhaz, Circassion, Roman, Etc.), religious sects, Klu-Klux Klan groups, meditation, sexuality groups, “Authors who work against Turkey” were all in the scope of the investigation demanded. The activities, economic sources and other activities of these groups were under scrutiny by the Commandment.The 12-page document of the Commandment included 96 questions, which included orders for close scrutiny on such radio stations as CTV, Med TV, Mesopotamia, Free Kurdistan’s Voice Radios
