Gül offers condolences to France and Brazil

ANKARA - President Abdullah Gül sent messages to French President Nicolas Sarkozy and Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and offered his condolences following Monday's plane crash.
In his message, President Gül expressed profound sorrow over the accident. An Air France jet carrying 228 people from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to France crashed in the Atlantic Ocean on Monday. Some debris from the crashed jet was spotted.
