GSD postpones Tekstilbank sale

ISTANBUL - Turkey's GSD Holding said yesterday it has delayed the sale of its 75 percent stake in small lender Tekstilbank until "market conditions in asset valuations become more favorable".
Textile group GSD Holding said last March it was working on a possible sale or partnership for Tekstilbank and appointed investment bank JP Morgan to advise on the process.
