Greek playwright to visit Istanbul

ISTANBUL – Greek playwright Yannis Mavritsakis will arrive in Istanbul on May 28 under the “New Script New Theater” project organized by the 2010 European Capital of Culture Agency Performing Arts Directorate.

Mavritsakis will hold a conference in Greek at the Feriköy Culture and Art Lovers’ Association Center on May 28 and a workshop for playwrights at Tiyatro Z on May 30. He will meet the audience in Talimhane Theater on May 31.
