--SPEED LIMIT TO INCREASE ON TURKISH ROADS
A new draft law at the Turkish Parliament increases the speed limit on Turkish roads and highways. According to the new draft law, speed limit on highways would increase to 135 kilometers from the present 120 kilometers per hour, and it would rise to 120 from 90 km/h on roads. Municipalities may increase the speed limit in cities to over 50 kilometers per hour.
