-- PHOTOS OF THAT MOMENT
Passengers of the THY plane that crashed into a field in Amsterdam were on the edge hovering between life and death. The shock they were living could be seen in their faces. Three Turkish university students, who escaped the plane with minor injuries, took pictures of that moment. Just two minutes after the crash, Volkan Cagri Dagasan left the plane from the tale section and called his father. "Dad, the plane crashed but we survived," he told his father on the phone.

Volkan spoke with Hurriyet about that difficult moment. "Suddenly, the plane was like diving while it was descending. But the pilot wanted to climb again. All of a sudden, I heard a crash. I hit my head to the front seat. The plane was slipping on the ground. Then we stood up when it stopped," Volkan said. "There were passengers who were trapped in their seats. We were the first ones to leave the plane. It was strange to take pictures of people drenched in blood," he said.
