ISTANBUL – Finnish Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb will hold a conference at Middle East Technical University on Friday to present a speech for Europe Day.

Stubb’s speech titled, “On the eve of Europe Day: Challenges and Opportunities of the European Union,” will start at 2:30 p.m. Stubb, born in 1968, has a doctorate degree in philosophy from the London School of Economics. The foreign minister can speak five languages: Finnish, Swedish, English, French and German.
