Fate of Karamehmet's Turkcell to Koc

The fate of the Cukurova Group that was unable to exercise its right to buy the 13.1 % share in Yapi Kred will depend now on the Koc-UniCredito Partnership, which bought the bank. The Banking and Regulating Board also recognized the right of the Cukurova Group who wanted to buy Turkcell shares within the ownership deal of Yap Kredi Bank.
