A number of Istanbul streets will be blocked off to traffic due to campaign rallies scheduled for Sunday, July 15th on the Anatolian and European banks of Istanbul.

A number of streets will be closed off for a Workers’ Party meeting on Sunday 15th July in Kadıköy Pier Square. According to a statement issued by the Istanbul Police Department, all roads between Rıhtım Street and Altıyol Square will be closed to traffic from 12:00 noon until the meeting is over.

Meeting in Kazlıçeşme Square

The Istanbul Police Department also issued a notice stating that a number of streets between Topkapı Varyant and Yedikule (Onuncuyil Street), from Zeytinburnu Bridge in the direction of Yenikapi Galerya, and Samatya lights in the direction of Ataköy, could be blocked off if needed between 16:00 and 20:00 due to an AKP meeting in Kazılıçeşme Square in Zeytinburnu.
