Eaglesand Bengals deadlocked in draw

NEW YORK - The Philadelphia Eagles and Cincinnati Bengals played out the first NFL tie in six years when the teams finished deadlocked 13-13 on Sunday.
Cincinnati's Shayne Graham missed a 47-yard field goal attempt with seven seconds remaining in overtime for the hosts, leaving the teams tied after a scoreless 15 minutes of extra time. Under NFL rules, only one overtime period is played.
"I never even knew that was in the rule book," Philadelphia quarterback Donovan McNabb told reporters. "I was looking forward to getting the opportunity to get out there and try to drive to win the game. But, unfortunately, with the rules, we settled with a tie."
The last time an NFL game ended in a tie, the Pittsburgh Steelers and Atlanta Falcons deadlocked 34-34 on Nov. 10, 2002.
The outcome left the Eagles, who are in last place in the NFC East, with a 5-4-1 record. The Bengals, the worst team in the AFC North, are now 1-8-1."It almost feels like we lost because we were winning the majority of the game," Bengals receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh told reporters. Eagles coach Andy Reid was also unhappy.
"I don't know how this works in the standings," Reid told reporters. "I know it's not good enough. We need wins and this is not a win."
Meanwhile, Brandon Jacobs rushed for two touchdowns as the New York Giants manhandled the Baltimore Ravens 30-10.
Jacobs gained 73 yards on just 11 carries for the Giants, who racked up 210 yards on the ground. It marked the first time since 1997 that Baltimore yielded 200 rushing yards.
