ISTANBUL - Rock music mogul Dream Theater will once again be on stage to meet its Turkish fans in Istanbul’s Maçka Küçükçiftlik Park this Saturday.
The progressive metal band will be in Istanbul as part of its world tour in support of its album. The tour began in Europe in June, and will be followed by the second edition of the band's Progressive Nation tour, featuring Zappa Plays Zappa, Pain Of Salvation and Beardfish, throughout North America in July and August.

The veteran Americans band’s tenth studio album "Black Clouds & Silver Linings" was released June 23. The band commenced work on the album, which is their second for Roadrunner Records, following their 2007 "Systematic Chaos."
In addition to the standard version CD, the album will also be available on vinyl LP, as well as a 3-disc special edition CD that includes the full album, a CD of instrumental mixes of the album and a CD of six cover songs.
Drummer Mike Portnoy and guitarist John Petrucci are once again at the helm as producers, while Paul Northfield mixed the record.
Formed in 1985, Dream Theater has been known for covering other artists' work throughout their career. The band has so far sold over two million albums in the U.S.,[2] and over 8 million records worldwide.
