Commission for Turkish land in Syria

ANKARA - The Parliamentary Commission on Foreign Affairs received information from institutions about the property of Turkish citizens in Syria on Wednesday, stated the head of the commission, Mehmet Ceylan.
The commission will offer the relevant institutions to create a permanent commission on the issue. In Syria, Turkish citizens have around 800,000 acres of land, while Syrians in Turkey have around 52,000 acres of land. Turkey and Syria have reciprocal problems with regard to immovable property.
