Two unidentified people driving a Citroën brand car, dropped Muzaffer Tekin off outside Acıbadem Hospital, wounded just below his heart, at 14:30, and drove off, saying, “He has attempted suicide”.

In hiding in a villa in Beykoz

It was revealed that Muzaffer Tekin had gone into hiding in retired non-commissioned officer Mahmut Öztürk’s villa in Beykoz, Istanbul. Later taken into detention, Öztürk told officers that he had found Tekin after he had been stabbed. He said, “He used to be my commander. He came to stay here after the incident with the judge. I found him in a pool of blood on my return from the shops in the morning. He was saying, “I didn’t manage to die”.
