SHANGHAI - Jenson Button is expecting a tough fight at this week's Chinese Grand Prix after his dream start to the season, but boss Ross Brawn remains confident the team is in good shape.

Button has won back-to-back races, in Australia and Malaysia, after starting on pole in both Grand Prix and has welcomed the chance to relax back home after all the early-season drama.

"After the excitement of the first two races, it has been great to have the chance to relax and reflect for a few days since the dramatic race in Malaysia," said the Briton. "I am understandably delighted with how our season has begun. However, we are only two races in and everyone at the team is aware that our competitors will not stand still. We fully expect a tough fight from here if we want to continue our early successes."

Veteran teammate Rubens Barrichello won the inaugural race in China in 2004, driving for Ferrari, and is looking forward to returning to the Shanghai International Circuit in a competitive car once again.

"The track holds some good memories for me as I won the first race here in 2004," he said.

Team boss Brawn said they had used the time between Malaysia and China to iron out some issues they had in the first two races, and is confident the cars will be in good shape.

"The short break between the two sets of back-to-back flyaway races has been a welcome opportunity for the team to regroup at the factory in Brackley, to assess our performance and to plan ahead for the forthcoming races," he said.
