Bribe Hearing For Kemal Uzan About ÇEAÅž

A lawsuit was opened for Kemal Uzan who is being searched with red bulletin on the grounds of bribing the experts for a sentence of imprisonment of 18 years. In the Examination of SPK (Capital Market Boards of Turkey) Inspection Committee, it was determined that Kemal Uzan gave a bribe of 3 billion TL for each to the experts of the case in Adana 3rd principal court about the whole value of ÇEAÅž actives.The experts are Emrah Tülü, Evren Eger, Ufuk Yıldırım, and Cenl Demirbay. The bribe was given with the intervention of Berke Barrage Project Manager Mehmet Ertugrul BaÅŸar. After this examination SPK reported a crime about these experts that were accused to take bribe to the Adana Republics Attorney Generalship. Adana Attorney opened a lawsuit for Kemal Uzan, Mehmet Ertugrul Ba?ar and 4 experts on grounds of "giving and taking bribe and intervention." Â
