Boshporus crisis with Russia

At the same date of the arrival of Russian President Vlademir Putin to Ankara, the Russian complaint about Turkey in the Bosporus Strait will be processed in the World Maritime Organization (IMO), in London.

Russia made a complaint against Turkey to IMO about the Russian ships being kept waiting in the Bosporus during their passage. Turkey will defend itself with a committee formed of 30 people.
The Turkish committee will tell IMO that this year around 150 million tons of fuel had passed through Bosporus and that this would be 160 million by the end of the year and that these fuel ships pose a great danger.(Hurriyet,25)
