Bomonti develops

Hoffmann İnşaat has announced that it will construct Palms Studios on 6,000 square meters of land in Bomonti. The Palms Studios will consist of 320 apartments in addition to a shopping area and a sports and spa center.
Special services will be available such as 24-hour video surveillance, concierge, wake-up service, telephone message service and reservation, valet parking and housekeeping services as well as shopping assistance. These will be accompanied by green areas, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, bicycling areas, covered parking and energy saving systems.
Hoffmann İnşaat joins Ofton Construction, which pioneered in the Bomonti area with its Elysium Residence Şişli project. Ofton is now preparing a second construction project. Taş Yapı, Ant Yapı and Antbel are also reported to be involved in projects in the area.
Hoffmann İnşaat was founded in Turkey in 1994 by Klaus Hoffmann and his son Ingo Hoffmann from Germany. The company specializes in projects where it can focus and supervise on style and size.
