ISTANBUL - The Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet has a new taste to delight Istanbul palates: special and delicious dishes of the Black Sea region.
From March 3 to 15, the hotel’s fabled Seasons Restaurant will serve typical dishes from the region, including black cabbage stuffing, stuffed hamsi fries and sakarca with eggs.
A guest chef from Ordu province, Mehmet Bas, son-in-law of the famous Vonalı Celal, and his wife will spoil customers with sumptuous specialties like steamed sea bass Vonalı Celal-style, served on a flawless Black Sea table. This unique menu will be offered for lunch and dinner and capped off with Black Sea-style tea brewed on hazelnut hulls and helva with walnuts.
