Bagfaş gets $24 mln export order for Iran

The order for 60,000 tons of DAP-type fertilizer is from Beirut-based Unifert, Bagfaş said in a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange. Half of the order will be sent in May, and the rest in June, it said. The order is the equivalent of 16 percent of Bagfaş's 2008 sales in terms of volume and worth 6 percent of its annual revenue, according to Gökhan Canıtez, analyst at Tera Brokers.
