Babacan, Clinton talk over the phone

ANKARA - Foreign Minister Ali Babacan had a telephone conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton late Tuesday.
They discussed their countries' positions regarding the Middle East, the Caucasus, Central Asia and the Balkans, as well as energy issues, diplomatic sources said. Both Babacan and Clinton are expected to attend the conference on the Middle East to be held in Egypt in March.
