A kitchen for 100 guests at Innovia

ISTANBUL - Innovia, a favorite residential complex for investors, will add a 100-capacity kitchen to its list of amenities.
Yeşil İnşaat’s $2 million project has attracted attention not only for its mode of payment but also with its different offerings. The Innovia project's construction began last January at Beylikdüzü. Yeşil İnşaat put units up for sale with 20 percent down payments and 60-month installments with zero interest and investors flooded into the project. A 100 square-metered industrial kitchen with a dining table, where 100 guests can dine, will be put into the service of the complex's homeowners. Residents will be able to dine guests and organize parties in the huge kitchen.
Innovia is a three-stage project, which will consist of a total 8,000 units. The project’s first stage will be 1,000 units, the second 3,000 units and the third will be 4,000 units. Another new project, named Innovia 2, has been put up for sale. Innovia 2 will be constructed on 110,000 square meters, consist of 3,000 units and will open in December 2010.
Unit sizes range from 57 square meters to 145 square meters. There are several unit types from one living room and one bedroom up to one living room and four bedrooms. The unit prices are between 65,000 to 170,000 Turkish Liras.
Engin Yeşil, board chairman of Yeşil İnşaat, said that sales started on January 19 and 985 units have already been sold. Yeşil also said that there is a large demand from foreign investors and "13 percent of the project has been sold to foreigners."
