Two cargo ships have collided off Bozcaada in northern Turkey. Sources said that there were no immediate reports of casualties in the collision, and the ships were not at risk of sinking.

There are 12 crew members on board the Ukrainian-flagged Danapris-2 and 8 aboard the Panamanian-flagged Emerald-1 collided off Bozcaada.

All of them are in good health, sources said.

The Danapris-2 of 2,360 gross tonnage was carrying sunflower seeds from Russia to Italy when it collided with the 2,236-gross tonnage Emerald-12.
