Turk Dogan: Looking at talks on road privatisation

Turkish conglomerate Dogan Holding said on Tuesday it was considering offers of talks over Turkey's upcoming privatisation of highways and bridges in Turkey, but had reached no firm agreement.

A newspaper reported this week Dogan was planning to bid in the privatisation with Italy's Atlantia (ATL.MI: Quote, Profile, Research), previously known as Autostrade. Ankara plans to privatize a series of highways and major Istanbul bridges this year but has not set out a timetable or detailed plan.
